What we collect
Octophase collects only the information you give us through the free-audit request form: your name, company, email address, and message. We also keep a record of the audit report generated for your domain.
Why we collect it
Your details are used exclusively to respond to your audit request — to scan the domain you submit, grade its exposure, and deliver the report. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
What we do NOT do
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies — this site sets none.
- No third-party analytics scripts.
- No email lists you did not explicitly join.
Data retention & security
Audit records and contact details are stored in an access-controlled database with tenant isolation enforced at the database layer (row-level security). Passwords, where applicable, are stored only as Argon2id hashes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@octophase.com.
